 The Oklahoma State University/A&M Board of Regents approved the fiscal year 2010 operating budget for the OSU System today. Because of $19.4 million in federal stimulus funds (nearly $10 million to the general university budget), the $964.2 million budget, which takes effect on July 1, represents a flat budget plus a 2.73 percent increase for mandatory inflationary costs. |
